The project page provides a more detailed overview into a single project. The project page includes the following sets of information:
- Project Health Score: The individual health score for each project. This Health Score is calculated the same as the portfolio health score as a weighted average of KPIs. This can be changed and configured in settings.
- Project Details: The planned start date, scheduled end date, forecast end date and difference, and latest schedule file date.
- Project Information: This section will display any relevant “labels” (configured in settings) for each project.
- Health Score Trend: The health score trend over time and related red, amber, or green rating for those scores.
- Project Progress: The start date, scheduled end date, and forecast end date for the project. Planned outline is the open line and the forecast end date is the blue bar. You can click the “Planned” or “Forecast” buttons at the top to hide or show scheduled end dates or forecast end dates for each project. The P-value drop down will let you choose between P-50, P-80, or P-90 confidence intervals for which confidence level you want to see the forecast.
- Project KPI: See the latest versus previous KPIs for a project. The KPI selection will hide or show different KPIs but the KPIs available are selected in settings. The red/green rating is configured in settings as thresholds.
- KPI Score Trend: See the trend by KPI over time for a project. Use the “Select KPI” drop down to select which KPI you would like to see in the graph.
- Workload: This graph displays the scheduled versus forecasted activities by month. This will help you understand how much activity you have planned in a given time period versus forecast. Move the slider underneath the months to expand the visualised time period and move the bar to show dates in the future.
- Related Projects: See the related projects to the project you are viewing. Relation is calculated as the number of shared “labels” so the more labels a project shares, the further left the related project will be. If there are multiple projects with the same label count, the related projects are shown from the lowest to the highest health score, with the lowest health score on the left. The labels can be configured in settings.
- Schedule Integrity Checker: This will take you to our “schedule integrity checker” tool that assesses your schedule for key issues and provides a detailed review of schedule quality. You can find more information on the Fact File help page here: https://nplan.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8861807368349-Fact-File.
- Download PDF: This will download a page view of the dashboard to a PDF.
