Settings
- Settings will let you configure the following items. These settings are global and will change for every user.
Labels: Labels will assign “labels” to each project. These categories and labels are visible throughout the tool and available as quick filters and grouped in visualisations. Each category will have assigned labels.
- To create a new category, click on the “+ Add a new category” and create a new category. Click on the plus sign under labels to add associated labels. You can delete categories by clicking on the trash icon and you can delete labels by click on the “x” next to the label name. Underneath you can associate these labels with each project. Projects can be assigned multiple categories and labels within a category.
- To remove a project from that category or label, simply click the “x” next to the label name. Click on the “save and close” button at the bottom to save and close your changes.
- To see these labels in the dashboard, select which categories you would like to see in the labels section of “Extra Filters” at the top of the dashboard home page and select which categories you would like to see. These will show on the top bar once selected with the associated colours.
KPIs: Customise your dashboard by selecting which KPIs you would like to include and set your own thresholds for each KPI. Set the “average” threshold, “good” thresholds, and indicate whether a higher value is better. Click on the “save and close” button at the bottom to save and close your changes.
Health Score: The health score will create a customised health score for your portfolio and projects. This score is a weighted average of the selected KPIs.
- Remove a KPI from the health score by clicking the “x” on the right of the KPI row. Add a new KPI by clicking “Add a KPI” drop down and selecting your preferred KPI. The “weight” is the weight in the weighted average for each KPI. This will need to add up to 100%. Change the weight by entering in the new weight into the box.
- Click on the “save and close” button at the bottom to save and close your changes.
