Insights Filters
Hone down on the insights you want to focus on with our filters, you can filter by:

Status:
- Open - Insights which have been presented by nPlan and are currently awaiting to be reviewed or actively managed.
- Closed - Insights which you have either dismissed or that you have closed due to it being mitigated or having actualised for example.
- All - A list of all your insights including currently open and previously closed.

Type:
- Activity - A single activity from your schedule.
- Group - A number of single activities that have been grouped.
- All - Both single activity and grouped risks.

Impact - You will be able to differentiate between threats and opportunities by the colours displayed in the impact bar, the further the bar is filled, the higher the more severe impact the insight has on the target milestone.
Action Filters
Quickly look through your actions by filtering by:
- Status - Look through all your actions which are only either, ‘Not Started’, ‘In Progress’ or ‘Completed’.
- Owner - Filter through all the actions assigned to a specific owner.
