Multiple activities
We understand that it can often be difficult to only review individual activities within your schedule, this is why we can also present you with a group of activities, these can be grouped by either WBS or a specific theme, to allow your team to review the threats or opportunities to a larger area of your project.
Within this insight you will be presented with a summary, produced by nPlan’s risk engineers to give further context into why the presented group is seen as a threat or opportunity. You can view the individual activities within the selected group by clicking on ‘see all activities’, this will download a CSV file with the following:
- Activity Name
- Activity ID
- Activity WBS
- Planned Duration
- Forecast Duration (P50)
